The Aida is a brand new, family-run hotel in a picturesque location near Batak in the Rhodope Mountains, only 200 metres from the lakeshore and 500 metres from the ski slopes. Enjoy excellent cuisine and perfect service at the hotel restaurant (with outdoor seating). The Aida Hotel features a spacious lobby with comfortable upholstered furniture, a modern gym, a sauna and an Internet terminal. Location

The surrounding area offers a wide range of sports and leisure options in all seasons. In summer the 22 km² lake formed by the Batak Dam is ideal for swimming, water skiing and boat rides. This lake and several others in the vicinity are the biggest lakes in Bulgaria and offer ideal conditions for fishing.

The fresh air, the shaded hiking trails, the cool climate and the well-signposted trails make the surrounding mountains a paradise for hikers.

In winter there are perfect conditions for skiing (including night skiing) and motor sleigh rides from November to April. The highest point of the slope offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Batak Dam.
